3RD OF DECEMBER 2018 first international meeting took place in Poland, Oświęcim. The meeting was organised by Powiat Oświęcimski Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie (PCPR) (Oświęcim County Family Support Centre) and it was attended by Project Partners - representatives of UK BUTTERFLIES LTD non-profit organizations from Great Britain and Edu Smart Training Centre Limited from Ireland. We discussed the issues and strategies for project outcomes development, risk management, needs. The materials developed during the project are to play a supportive role for the pedagogue, psychologist and educator, therefore tools consultations will be carried out on an ongoing basis, and changes will be made according to the recipients' suggestions. Work on the creation of new tools for social work lasted until late evening hours.

We are pleased to welcome two project experts: Mrs. Anna Chojnacka- the manager of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Grojec and Mrs. Maria Kufel - the manager of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Osiek.
As part of the project, the following results of intellectual work will be established: 1. Standard of professional competence for social workers, family assistants and family coordinators 2. Tools for performing professional tasks by social workers - FAMILY STAR program 3. Guide and instructions for social workers on how to work with the family using the FAMILY STAR tools
The last scheduled phase of the project implementation will be dissemination activities, within which the following are planned: - Seminar disseminating the results of intellectual work in Bradford. - Seminar disseminating the results of intellectual work in Wicklow. - Conference disseminating the results of intellectual work in Oświęcim.
The project assumes working out universal results at least on a European scale.
